Dawn Aloisio has been bringing art and sweets together for the past 20 years. She started out by making cakes, and edible arrangements for family parties or as favors for her friends. Since she has gone into business she has engineered sweet creations that took the form of a graduation hat, a three dimensional duck, a Yankee jersey and even the lovable robot R2D2.
